Refund policy
Because every Strøma item is made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept physical returns or exchanges. Please do not send your item back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged item, defective item, misprint, wrong item, or wrong size received, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stroma.shop.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the problem, and a brief description of what happened.
If the issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, wrong size selected at checkout, unwanted items after delivery, or final sale items.
If you selected the wrong size when placing your order, we cannot offer a return or exchange because each item is produced specifically for that purchase. However, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery and we may be able to offer a one-time reorder discount as a courtesy.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or affected by normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement, refund, store credit, or any other resolution.
