We ship exclusively within the United States.

All information and shipping details must be entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address or contact info, email us at support@stroma.shop as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet, we can update it.

Orders ship from the U.S. and cannot be modified once production begins.
SHIPPING
U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

Production + shipping time may take up to 11 business days (excluding major holidays).

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, depending on production volume and carrier times.

Shipping rate: $7.99 flat per order.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $80.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still in production.
SPECIALTY ITEMS
Some products with specialty prints or extended-production requirements may have longer delivery windows than our standard tees.
Any affected item will clearly display its estimated delivery time on its product page at checkout.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Strøma does not accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds on orders the carrier confirms as delivered.
We will assist you with information for your claim, but the carrier must be contacted first.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, wrong size selected at checkout or unwanted items after delivery.
- If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged item, defective item, misprint, wrong item, or wrong size received you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@stroma.shop.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the wrong size was received, we will correct it. This structure allows us to stay true to our made-to-order model and avoid unnecessary waste.
