d. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Returns and Exchanges
a. Our returns and exchanges policy applies only to items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong size.
b. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@stroma.com.
c. For damaged items, we may require photo evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
d. For wrong size issues, we will work with you to resolve the matter. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
e. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect size.
